These resources, hand picked by the Living Compass staff, have been chosen to provide support for people who are hoping to make a change towards wholeness and wellness in their lives. We suggest that you take an assessment before you delve into the resources as the results will help you know which resources are most appropriate for you. Then as you work to develop strengths for yourself in the areas you want to pay more attention to, these resources will help you determine which action step you will want to start with.
